Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your Solèane purchase. Each fragrance is crafted with care and intention, and we want your experience to reflect that.
If there is a fault with your product, or you have received something different from what you ordered, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement of the same value, free of charge. Please note that return postage will be at your cost.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your parcel. If a refund is approved (excluding the original delivery fee), it will be issued to the same payment method used for your order.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used. In such cases, we will notify you that a refund cannot be offered, and the goods will be returned to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or if the scent does not meet your expectations. To ensure you find a fragrance you truly love, we warmly encourage you to explore our samples first.
How to request a return

Return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Make sure your parcel is securely packaged and includes our email correspondence and your original invoice details.
